Year 10 pupils were also developing their enterprise skills as they set up their stalls in Peascod Street to sell Christmas gifts, cakes, sweets and drinks to locals in Windsor on Tuesday. It was fantastic to witness some extremely confident sales pitches and excellent customer service skills as the boys approached passers-by and secured their sales.
We were lucky to be accompanied by some of our musicians who promoted their musical talents performing some wonderful Christmas tunes to shoppers.
Thanks go to Kidd Rapinet our main sponsor of Dragon’s Den 2018 and Always Growing, who provided additional investment to enable more than 50 pupils to get involved. Dragon’s Den gives pupils an opportunity to develop key employability skills that can’t be taught in a classroom, as well as providing them with a chance to make some money and all those involved benefited from the experience.
Well done gentlemen, the Dragons are very proud of you.
